Cookies, plainly

Cookies keep some sites running and let others follow you around afterwards. Here's what this site saves in your browser. No optional analytics or advertising tools are installed; accepting a category does not load any tools.

Necessary

We save your category choices, preference version and choice date in this browser's localStorage under slc:consent. If both optional categories are off, this first-party preference record expires after six months and we ask again. An accepted category stays saved until you change your answer or clear browser storage. A changed preference version also asks you to choose again. If storage is unavailable, the choice applies on the current page only. This record remembers your answer; it does not track your visits.

The comparison feature also uses localStorage under slc:compare:<topic> to remember selected public operator slugs. It has no app-set expiry. Changing cookie preferences does not clear comparison selections; you can change them in the comparison or clear them through your browser's site-storage settings.

Site analytics

Before you save a choice, both optional categories are off. Opening, closing or going back from the controls records no choice. You can accept either category, reject both or withdraw your choice. No optional tools run, whatever the controls show.

No analytics tools are installed or running. This category saves a preference only; accepting it sends no optional requests. There is no active analytics tool retention period to list.

Advertising

No advertising tools are installed or running. This category saves a preference only; accepting it sends no optional requests. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, advertising stays off even if you try to accept it. There is no active advertising tool retention period to list.

Changing your mind

Open Cookie settings on this page or in the footer, any time. Save either category, reject both, or withdraw optional consent. Changes take effect straight away. There are no optional tools running in the background.
